Hydrostatic Test Bench for Pipes

This hydrostatic test bench is designed for pressure testing pipes of various diameters, wall thicknesses and lengths in semi-automatic mode. Depending on the length of the test piece, the mobile pressure head is positioned with a remote control. The pipe is clamped and locked by hydraulic cylinders during the test. Filling, venting, pressurizing and depressurizing are performed automatically.

The water used as working fluid is recirculated and filtered through high-flow, 700 bar filters, protecting the installed instrumentation and ensuring a long service life of the components.

The design prioritizes flexibility, simple maintenance and long service life.
