The autoclave is designed for exact control of pressure and temperature over a defined period of time. The 80 l pressure vessel (∅350 mm) operates at up to 8 bar and 75 °C, and all parameters are set by the operator on a flexible HMI touch screen.
With high-temperature pressurized air inside the vessel, multiple safety systems have been implemented.
As part of a production line, this unit allows no downtime. Precision, reliability and flexibility were the key design factors, together with safety.
