Operating in the UHP envelope — from 2,000 bar up to 14,000 bar — leaves zero margin for seat scratches or fluid cutting. Our UHP lab diagnoses, overhauls and remanufactures autofrettaged stainless components, re-coning and re-threading tube ends and lapping metal-to-metal seats on high-pressure control valves.
Complementary safety hardware — spring-loaded check valves, relief valves and burst-disc assemblies — is rebuilt and proof-tested on specialized benches inside armored containment before return to service.
