Automated production lines and CNC machinery rely on electro-hydraulic proportional and servo valves for micro-metering control. Because these instruments operate with extremely tight clearances, oil varnish, particulate contamination or aging electronics can cause drift, uneven response or axis faults. Our servo & proportional lab remanufactures both the hydraulic and electronic sides to restore OEM precision.
After teardown and ultrasonic decontamination, we lap seats, repair OBE cards and calibrate LVDTs. Every valve is verified on a diagnostic stand with flow-response curves and electrical/mechanical null-point tuning before return to service.
