Specialty pressure manifolds minimize space requirements and reduce the installation time needed to plumb a pressure system. We design and build manifolds to meet specific requirements, capable of withstanding pressures from vacuum up to 14,000 bar (200,000 psi): 6,895 bar (100,000 psi) as standard and up to 14,000 bar on special request. They are available in a variety of materials and sizes.
A wide range of port profiles can be incorporated into the same body – NPT, BSP, SAE, JIC, Single Ferrule, Medium and High Pressure Cone & Thread, Reverse Cone, FCC, QS and MPI – together with special needle valves, check valves, gauges and transducers.
A monoblock manifold replaces multiple tubes, fittings and adapters with a single machined body. Reducing the number of components also reduces the number of potential leak joints, shortens assembly time and makes the system more compact, reliable and easier to maintain.
