Piston accumulators for operating pressures from 5 bar up to 3,000 bar and outside diameters from ∅50 mm to ∅500 mm, designed and built to your specified criteria so they can meet any space limitation. They store hydraulic energy, compensate for volume changes and damp pressure pulsations and shocks in demanding high-pressure systems.
Multiple body material options are available: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex or Super Duplex and Aluminium. Metallic and elastomeric components can be selected to match the most demanding chemical compatibility, environmental conditions and temperatures. Fluid and gas connections are offered as NPT, BSP, SAE/ASME flanged, or high pressure threaded and coned.
All accumulators comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC) for use in Europe and are designed to PD5500. Optional third-party witness is available, and other design codes, for example ASME, can be considered.
